A true geography nerd with 15 years experience in the design, development and delivery of impact programmes. Tom founded BE IMPACTFUL to unleash his experience as a fiercely independent strategic advisor to supercharge the ambitions of brands, social entrepreneurs and changemakers. Tom has been the trusted partner on voluntary impact-financing for Sky, Accenture, M&S, Taylors of Harrogate, PwC, Deloitte, BBC and many more. Tom is a Board Director of GIY and Hometree and Founder of the Climate Cocktail Club (see more on LinkedIn).

Tom is a proud father of three children (incl. a set of twins), five hens and Bertie the Spaniel. Along with his wife, they are converting an abandoned 1 acre hill site in rural Ireland into a biodiverse habitat for wildlife, family and organic food production. If there's time, triathlon's and coaching U7s rugby keeps him busy.
